The Budapest office of AIG United Guaranty was established in 2005. With its Hungary debut, AIG United Guaranty has become the first company to introduce real private mortgage insurance services in the CEE region.

• Residential mortgage loans: Loss coverage for financing up to 95% LTV for the purchase of a home, without guarantors.
• Home equity loans:  Loss coverage for loans up to 75% LTV on an existing property, without guarantors.
• FX denominated and various other high loan-to-value ratio (HLTV) mortgage lending products.
